Please do not bring fertilizers, etc. into the garden unless they are organic.
Check around - there are many organic items available.

All members volunteer at least 6 hours outside their own bed. See list below for helpful tasks. Look around, see what needs doing & do it!

From mid June - mid September join us from 8-9 am to harvest & pack fresh food for the Whitefish North Valley food bank. Can't make a harvest? We welcome your help anytime in tending our 6 food bank beds. Email Wendy for info: Caraboo728@gmail.com

Members leave garden items in good condition or extra plants they don't need. NOTE: it gets hot & dry on this table, so
regularly water any plants you leave!

Grow our compost! Bring your kitchen vegetable scraps and only put in bins with an "OPEN" sign
NO meat or dairy products in compost bins
Empty your leaf bags - from untreated lawns only - onto our leaf pile
next to the compost bins.
This pile will eventually be leaf mold for our raised beds.
